Knowledge Translation Program
Other groups at the University

DFCM Faculty and resources
With over 700 faculty across diverse practice environments, the Centre can draw on substantial expertise. The DFCM is comprised of nine clinical divisions that span the Greater Toronto Area and the province providing care to a broad range of patients.

Our experience in undertaking the review and revision tasks required to produce the Elsevier's Family Practice Sourcebook, 2005 edition, proves that the enormous potential of this knowledge resource can indeed be mobilized successfully around worthwhile projects.

Knowledge Translation Program
The Knowledge Translation Program at the University of Toronto was developed in response to the gap between research evidence and clinical practice, and the need to focus on the processes through which knowledge is effectively translated into changed practices.

This program gives the Centre access to leading experts in this growing field and will serve as a significant resource for many of the Centre's projects.
