Professional management and structure
The Centre provides appropriate structure and personnel to engage external clients and meet their expectations. The Centre offers expertise in areas such as: business development (client relationships, proposals, costing, etc.), project management (work plans, budgets, tasks, teambuilding, etc.), and account management (communication, trouble shooting, etc.). Building on these competencies, the Centre will distinguish itself with high performance and establish a strong reputation for doing excellent work on time and on budget.

Comprehensive methodology to problem solving
To be an effective change agent in primary care, the Centre employs a unique approach to problem solving. The Centre seeks to build links between research, solution design, dissemination, and evaluation. Included in this approach is the recognition that all primary care stakeholders, including primary care clinicians, patients and other caregivers should be considered in closing the "clinical care gap". All relevant stakeholders are involved in each project, working in inter-professional teams to develop and test effective, practical solutions.
