Jay is a seasoned senior health care executive with expertise and experience in all segments of the health care industry: acute, childrens, seniors, rehabilitation and chronic care, long term care and primary care. He is an accomplished and respected leader who provides vision, imagination, direction and results; governance experience through membership on the McMaster University Senate, the McMaster University Alumni Association Board of Directors and the United Way Campaign Cabinet; and direct service experience as a senior manager (CEO, CFO, VP), consultant, and public accountant. Jay is a confident, personable, results-oriented individual with an appreciation for the value of teamwork.

In addition to his role with CEP, Jay is currently the Chief Administrative Officer for the Hamilton Family Health Team (over 120 physicians). Jay received his Masters of Business Administration from McMaster University and is a Chartered Accountant.
