Sharmilaa provides expert project management and research methods support to projects at CEP to ensure that deliverables are met on time and budget, and fulfill client expectations. She manages a broad range of projects including program evaluation, development of logic models, and planning and executing educational initiatives. Sharmilaa works on conducting scoping and rapid reviews as well as environmental scans across a wide variety of topic areas; each designed to meet the specific needs of the individual project and client.

Sharmilaa joined CEP with numerous years of experience in health research. Previously, she has worked in the fields of clinical research and knowledge translation & exchange. She has helped design and implement several health research projects, including national surveillance studies, randomized control trials, feasibility studies, and screening tool development. Sharmilaa was also responsible for the planning and execution of multi-round, international, Delphi Panel, as well as the associated data analysis and synthesis. Sharmilaa brings experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis and condensing large amounts of information into more manageable summaries.
