Bio

Yasmin brings over 10 years of research experience working in a variety of healthcare settings including university, hospital and government.

Prior to joining the CEP, Yasmin worked at the University of Western Ontario as a Research Project Manager where she was responsible for the coordination of a mental health research laboratory. Her role also included project management of multi-site research studies, budget development and monitoring, synthesis of mental health-related research, and stakeholder engagement.

Yasmin’s role at the CEP involves conducting in-depth literature searches and environmental scans, program evaluation, evidence synthesis, assisting in the tool development process and clinical practice guideline evaluation.

Yasmin received her honours Bachelor of Science in psychology and health studies from the University of Toronto, and her Master of Science in epidemiology from the University of Alberta.
